11am Masterclass with Sam Goodwin

After an amazingly successful masterclass, the legend himself Sam Goodwin from XO Bowl and XO Project is back. The Nisbets kitchen will be in full culinary swing as Sam Shows you how to make their infamous wontons in homemade bone broth and of course adding in a bunch of produce from the local suppliers within the market. So bring your soup spoons and chop sticks and we will provide the rest!
