10.30am: Masterclass with Harriet Tomlinson - How to make the perfect flat bread at home
Harriet, a MasterChef alumni, will join us this week to show us how to make the perfect flatbread - this will be filled with perfect goodies from the market - think fresh spring summer vibes all wrapped up in a perfect bread. Harriet is one of the most fantastic chefs in the region and we are so lucky to have her!
12.30pm: Seb will be showing us how to make a negroni
This classic cocktail has made a full blown resurgence and has paved the way to some amazing Australian twists using our own amaros/vermouths and bitters. But the important part about the negroni, is its addition of Gin. This is where Seb and Derve from Anther Distillery come in. A negroni with Gin, delicious - A negroni with Anther Gin, Spectacular!
